In Kerio email you can share your calendar with other Kerio email users. Enter dates on your calendar in Kerio mail. Hold down the Control key and click on Calendar in your side bar, choose Access Rights. In this window you add Users with whom you want to share your calendar. You can add an individual staff member or a group. You can also choose to make them a Reader, Editor or Administrator.
You can also share your Contacts. This would be useful if you are having an extended sub.
